Attorney at Law, with more than 14 years of professional practice, and a broad experience in providing counsel to individuals and companies –local and foreign —in commercial, corporate, financing, banking, contractual, real estate and judiciary matters. With a degree in Law and Social Sciences from Universidad Gabriela Mistral, he was lawyer at Carey y Cía. Ltda. ("Carey") for more than eight years, and a member of the Banking and Finance Department of the mentioned firm.

In 2006, he decided to leave Carey and start his own personal practice where he has continued to develop his professional legal work. In his professional practice in the areas of his expertise, he has destined a high dedication to the matters in which he has been involved, and to leading working teams and processes, such as project financing, due diligences, foreign investment, purchase and sale of companies, financial and corporate restructuring, public works concessions, real estate matters and contractual issues, as well as day-to-day legal advice to clients' businesses.
