Attorney with more than 4 years of professional practice. His practice focuses mainly on commercial and corporate advisory service in general and, particularly, project financing and development, mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions. Mr. Velasco is member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Mr. Velasco is a graduate of the Universidad de los Andes School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 2009. He completed a Master's Degree in Corporate Law (LL.M.) at the University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain (2012).
